After months of writing and recipe development I submitted the manuscript for my new cake book to Ebury just before Christmas. I was so privileged to be able to invite the talented team – Annie Rigg, Rosie Barnett, Sarah Moore & Miranda Keyes – to my kitchen at home for the photo-shoot.
